YOGA WITH DEBBIE
Yoga for both Adults and Children of all abilities.
ABOUTME
My name is Debbie and I teach both Adult and Children yoga in Weymouth. I have been teaching yoga for 9 years. I love to teach in my home town of Weymouth and cater for all levels, from beginner to the more practiced yogi. I am a qualified Rainbow Kids Yoga Teacher and feel that we need to encourage the little yogis of the world so that they benefit from this amazing practice early on in their life, so they feel the benefits both physically and mentally going forwards in life.
I also love to teach yoga to young adults and children with various additional needs and learning difficulties, sessions are lots of fun and it is an amazing way for these amazing individuals to enjoy the benefits of yoga to.
In addition, if you struggle to get to classes then I can always come to your home, for a 1 to 1 yoga session, this can be 30 minutes, it could be a chair yoga practice, or a full hour class in the comfort of your own home... if you are interested then please just get in touch.
ADULTYOGA
I very much believe that Yoga needs to be that you move with comfort and ease and only do what is comfortable for you. We are all individual and you should never compare yourself to others... Modifications will always be offered for your practice and props are always welcome in class too, whether it be a yoga belt, block, blanket, cushion or bolster...
I love to offer focus on the breath at the beginning of class, then moving through various postures to awaken both body and mind and bring balance into the body.. always ending with a short relaxation and pranayama to close your practice.
CURRENT SESSIONS
Mondays at 6.30pm til 7.45pm Pulse Fitness in Weymouth. This is a Hatha Yin yoga inspired class. Get in touch with Robyn at Pulse Fitness to secure your place. To suit you: I do offer 1 to 1 Yoga Sessions in your home, if you are not able to get to a class and would like more 1 to 1 for your yoga practice. Please get in touch for a quote....
1 to 1 Sessions can be anything from Chair Yoga, or a full hour's practice, but if you are short of time and would like a shorter class that is also possible.
My seasonal offering for 2026 is Yoga at the Marsh, funded by Weymouth Town Council. These classes run on a Sunday morning 9.30am for an hour and are completely free to attend. Weather dependant but last year we were very lucky with the weather. Everyone is welcome to these sessions and I always fly a white flag and am based over by the Marsh play park ... KIDSYOGA
I am a qualified Rainbow Kids Yoga teacher and by using connection and making classes fun I love teaching children of all ages.
Unfortunately due to current circumstances I am not running any childrens yoga classes, but would like to be able to offer in the future.
